LandBuyFL LLC is a private company that purchases vacant land in Florida for its own account. We are principals in our transactions — we are not a real estate brokerage, we don’t list land on behalf of owners, and nothing on this site is a brokerage or listing service.

We research parcels directly through Florida county property records — ownership, legal descriptions, taxes, and liens — and send owners a written offer when a lot fits what we buy. When an owner accepts, the sale closes through a licensed, neutral Florida title company.
