This policy describes how LandBuyFL LLC (“we,” “us”) collects and uses information in connection with landbuyfl.com and our land-buying activity.

Information we collect

• Information you submit through our website forms: name, phone number, email address, parcel or property details, and anything you include in your message.
• Publicly available property records, such as parcel ownership, legal descriptions, and tax information published by Florida county property appraisers and clerks.
• Standard technical data from your visit, such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address, collected by our hosting provider for security and analytics.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics or tracking pixels. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may set a small number of strictly-necessary technical cookies to keep the site running securely — for example, to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. These cookies do not identify you personally and are not used to track you across other websites. If that changes, we will update this section.

How we use it

• To research property and prepare purchase offers.
• To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about your property by phone, email, or text message.
• To complete a purchase transaction if you decide to sell.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Submitting our website form by itself does not sign you up for text messages. You are opted in only if you affirmatively check one or both SMS consent checkboxes on our website intake form at landbuyfl.com before submitting it — that is the only method we use to collect consent to text you. We do not collect SMS consent by paper form, verbally, in person, or from any third party, purchased list, or affiliate.

Checking a box enrolls you only in that specific program:

• Service messages — updates about a specific inquiry, such as status updates and appointment reminders.
• Marketing messages — promotions and offers about our land-buying services.

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to either program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of a program, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Full program terms are in our terms of use.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect — including encrypting data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) between your browser and our servers, and limiting access to personal information to the people who need it to research parcels and respond to your inquiry. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as our email, messaging, and hosting providers), with title companies and other parties as needed to complete a transaction you have agreed to, and as required by law.

Retention

We keep inquiry and transaction records as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link or by asking us, or request that we delete your contact information by emailing offers@landbuyfl.com. Public property records are not covered by deletion requests, since we do not control county records.
