Who we are

LandBuyFL LLC is a private company that purchases real property in Florida for its own account. We are principals in our transactions. We are not a real estate brokerage, and nothing on this site is a listing service, brokerage service, or an offer to act on your behalf.

No binding offer

Content on this site, estimates we discuss with you, and any preliminary numbers are informational only. Neither party is bound to a purchase or sale until both sign a written purchase agreement, and any transaction remains subject to the terms of that agreement, including title review.

No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. Selling real estate can have tax and legal consequences; consult your own advisors before signing anything.

Text messaging (SMS) program

If you check one or both of the text-message consent boxes on our website form, LandBuyFL LLC may send you text messages at the phone number you provide. There are two separate programs, and checking one does not enroll you in the other:

• Service messages — updates about a specific inquiry, such as status updates and appointment reminders.
• Marketing messages — promotions and offers about our land-buying services.

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to either program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel further texts from that program, or HELP for help; you can also reach us at offers@landbuyfl.com. Carriers, including wireless providers, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or sale. Accuracy

Property information we reference comes largely from public county records, which can contain errors. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandBuyFL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
